Our History
Grant Construction Company was founded in 1994 by Grant Fraysier Jr. We have become one of the
larger framers in California, and the largest in Kern County. Although the majority of our projects have
historically been in the greater Bakersfield area, beginning in 2005, we have successfully expanded our
business to include California's Central Coast and Central Valley areas. In addition to our headquarters in
Bakersfield, a second office in San Luis Obispo serves our west coast customers, and a third office located in
Fresno serves the Central Valley. Now in 2008, Grant has also started a Concrete Division to better serve
our customers.

Grant supports it's non-union workers by providing them benefits, a safe working environment, and on-going
training so each of them has the opportunity to continually develop their skills and advancement. Each of our
customer's tracts is staffed with one of our outstanding Foremen. All have many years of experience. Grant
